Unable to Complete Factory Reset Successfully

Symptom: During the restart of the PKI Appliance after the Factory Reset Operation, the LCD panel should display the default IP address of &#39;192.168.5.150&#39;. If this information is not shown, this means the Factory Reset operation failed somewhere.

Problem: HSM External Erase operation does not complete successfully during the Factory Reset Operation.

Solution: Perform another round of Factory Reset operation.
