Unable to access Webconf

Symptom: The following error message found:
The appliance is in an operational state. No client SSL certificate was detected, please use the login form below.

Problem: The administrator does not present the certificate to access the system

Solution:

  1. If the Administrator certificate is stored in a PKI Token, insert the token into the client computer.
  2. Close the existing web browser that is accessing the Webconf.
  3. Open the web browser again to access the Webconf.
  4. Select the certificate and insert Token User PIN if you are using a PKI Token.
