Does Enveloper easy to crack?

Problem: My customer just share that enveloper SD is easy to crack, do you have any extra protection to our application?

Solution: The Enveloper is only an extra tool for basic protection of the software. For a more thorough protection, the customer needs to use the functions in the API.
ie. The User Data Zone, User ID, User Algorithm Zone, Module Zone, and Counter.
