Can I unblock the Rockey6 Dongle?

Symptom:

Rockey6 dongle is blocked. I am unable to write any dongle executable or data.

Solution:

The answer is No. You would not be able to unblock  the dongle once it has been blocked. Also, you are not able to write any data into the dongle.
