Can I ask if the NetRockey dongle can support VPN usage?

Symptom:

When running the program with the VPN outside, the message pop up “no dongle found”.

Solution:

It is not recommended to use the rockey with VPN but may try to increase the timeout since it is quite slow in VPN. Also,try change netrockey server IP to a static IP.
